# Altium Designer SDK

> .NET API reference for building Altium Designer extensions. Extensions are C# class libraries referencing Altium.SDK.Interfaces.dll (the API) and Altium.SDK.dll (hosting classes and entry points such as SCH.GlobalVars.SchServer).

Every page has a Markdown version at its URL plus `.md`. Each namespace has an index (`llms.txt`) and its whole API as compact C# declarations (`api.cs.txt`).
