A new electrical layer has a copper thickness of 14,000 internal units (1.4 mil). Convert the value with EDP.Utils.CoordToMils or EDP.Utils.CoordToMMs.
On an IPCB_LayerObject_V7 of a layer that is not an electrical layer, the property reads 14,000 internal units and assigning a value does nothing.
